Nothing Found :(

I spent most of yesterday faffing about with VidGen, hoping to get a nice "warp" effect to work.

I didn't...

-=-=-

I tried all manner of effects, from pixel-based (far too slow at such a high resolution) to clipping circles (either very slow if you do it too high-quality, but too noticeable if you do it low-quality) to cheating the effect with clustered rectangles at random offsets. (also far too noticeable)

Honestly, I think the only true way to do it is pixel-based, but the engine just can't keep up with a 1920x1080 resolution, at 60fps.
Hmm..
I suppose this is why "proper" tools will render things, and take ages doing that, instead of trying to blip it all out in realtime.
Hmmm..

Having been experimenting with "reduced resolution" techniques, though, I did at least make use of the new buffer to make a classic plasma effect, so that's ok.
I also added a starfield, which was the third effect added to the first VidGen, and I'm not sure why it's taken me so long to add it here.

Not uploaded, yet, though. I really need to dig in and get those lyrics working.
..
Hop to it, Jay!
